What parents ask most
Short, clear answers to what parents ask before a visit.

No question is too small.
Before your visit
Good to know before you come
When to schedule checkups, what to bring and when we are open.
We recommend following the standard well-child visit schedule (frequent checkups in the first two years, then at least once a year), since these visits track growth, development and vaccinations. And whenever a symptom worries you, call the office rather than waiting for the next checkup.
Please bring your child’s ID and insurance details, any previous medical or vaccination records, and a list of medicines or supplements they take. It also helps to write down your questions beforehand, so nothing is forgotten during the visit.
Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday 16:00–20:00, and Monday and Thursday 16:00–19:00; the office is closed on Fridays. All times are Tehran time, and the full week is on the Hours & directions page.

The office currently accepts Social Security (Tamin Ejtemaei), Salamat and Armed Forces insurance. Contracts can change, so please confirm your child’s coverage with a quick call before your visit.
An in-person visit follows the yearly approved fee for a pediatric specialist visit, and if your plan is one we accept, the insurer’s share is taken off.
